Yes, we have the expertise and equipment needed to repair watches that have been damaged by water. However, we cannot guarantee that the repair will be successful as water damage can be unpredictable.

Unfortunately, we do not repair any kind of copy watches.

Our repair or service work usually takes around two to three weeks to completion. But, as soon as we have finish and tested the work, we will immediately contact you.

If your watch has stopped working or the second hand is moving in 4-second intervals, it may be time for a new battery. Bring it in and we can assess the issue.

To provide you with an accurate quote, we need to assess your watch first. In order to do that, you may need to bring/send your watch to us so we can give you the correct price for repair. The assessment of your time piece is always free of charge!

It is highly recommended to have your watch serviced every 3 to 4 years, because the oil inside the mechanism is getting thicker with time.

The price on a service depends of the complexity of the watch and also the work required, including replacing parts which are broken or too worn for the watch to function properly.

Yes, we can. Unfortunately, some pocket watches are very old and there are no spare parts available for them any longer.

We understand the sentimental value of the timepiece can be priceless, therefore, in rare cases repairs may be equal to or exceed the monetary value of your watch.
