We are collecting and processing your personal information like your name, email, phone number and address because we need to be able to contact you (eg. name, email, phone number); We ask you for the address as we have to return your watch back to you.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• as mentioned above, the reason we are collecting personal information is to be able to contact you with a quote or to find out further information regarding your faulty watch;
• we also receive personal information indirectly when you fill in the form on our website, information we also use to contact you regarding your issue with your watch;

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you when necessary, most likely after we finish the repair and have to inform you about this.

We never share your information with a third party or anyone. We only use it to contact you directly.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

1. Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time, although, if your watch is still with us you might like to collect it first. You can do this by contacting Daniel Mancila;
2. We have a legal obligation; We have to use your personal information on the invoice and the warranty.
3. We have a legitimate interest.

We collect your personal information when you fill the online 'Free Quote' or any other pop up tabs on our website. This allow you to contact us requesting a quote then we will have to contact you back to ask more questions about your timepiece.

The personal information like your name, contact number, email, etc. which we receive it from you via email on our website, will allow us to keep in touch with you for any updates on your watch repairs and will be disposed of on a monthly base, after we assure your timepiece is back into your hands. 

There are occasions when we have to keep your information longer than one month (holidays etc), however, this will never exceed 12 months, unless we have your written consent.
